Minimum Order

1. 20 pcs or above per item

2. For laptop battery, power tools battery and battery grip, MOQ is 5 pcs per item.

3. If order amount is less than USD$1,000, additional charge of USD$50 will be added.

Warranty

1. Returned goods must be within the warranty (12 months) of Techco Power Datecode.

2. Returned goods without Techco Power Datecode will not be accepted.

3. RMA form must be provided before returned.

4. All shipping cost and taxes to be paid by customer.

5. Replacement goods will be sent out together with customer’s next order shipment.

b. Customer Private Color box, minimum printing order is 1,000 per model, all artwork, film and printing costs are on customer’s account.

c. Standard clamshell packing : USD$0.1 / pcs

d. Customer Private Card, minimum printing order is 1,000 per model, all artwork, film and printing costs are on customer’s account.

e. Customer Private Clamshell, minimum is 1,000 per model, all moulding and tooling fee will be on customer’s account.
